Megan Buchanan
Megan is a licensed REALTOR® and lifelong Vancouver resident with a background in marketing, brand strategy and real estate development.
Before transitioning into residential real estate sales, she worked agency-side with developers, leading marketing programs for multi-family presale projects throughout the Lower Mainland. She also began investing in real estate in her early twenties, giving her firsthand experience navigating the market as both a buyer and an owner.
Today, Megan works with buyers and sellers across Vancouver, drawing on her understanding of housing, development and the local market to help clients make informed decisions. Her approach is thoughtful, practical, and tailored to each client's goals, whether they're purchasing their first home, moving into a new chapter, or preparing a property for sale.
Megan's partner owns and operates Tayler Construction, a local renovation company, providing clients with an additional resource when evaluating potential projects, renovations, or opportunities to add value to a home.
